Good is the enemy of great

Eastwood House has a Pet Project for Toowoomba

Catmax
10 April 2007

Eastwood House, a local veterinarian clinic in Toowoomba is opening to the public on Sunday 15th April as part of an initiative to help educate locals about responsible cat ownership.

The event's highlight will be the RSPCA using two Catmax Caboodles® as temporary lodgings for the estimated six cats and kittens available for adoption.

Initiated by Catmax, the open day will also feature giveaways, presentations on how to groom your cat and the importance of nutrition in your cat's diet as well as information on registering cats provided by Toowoomba City Council.

Each visitor will be eligible to win a lucky door prize of a luxury cat pack and can support the RSPCA through buying a sausage at its sausage sizzle or merchandise from their stall.

Three vets from Eastwood House will also be onsite to answer any cat related questions as well as helping owners to choose the best flea and worming treatments.
