Having worked for the company for 15 years, Mr Gavin Hulcombe has been appointed as the new Chair of Herron Todd White, Australia's largest independently owned property valuation and advisory firm.

Replacing Peter Degotardi, Hulcombe is well known within the valuation profession for his work in large scale project development valuation and advisory. 

Mr Degotardi will continue to work as a Director within Herron Todd White.

Mr Brendon Hulcombe was elected to the Board of Directors after indicating he will be standing down from the CEO role in December to pursue other business opportunities outside of the property industry. 

While the CEO successor is yet to be appointed, Mr Brendon Hulcombe will remain on the Board of Herron Todd White as a Non-Executive Director.  

Herron Todd White continues to grow within the property valuation profession in Australia with advanced plans to add a further three offices to the growing chain before Christmas.
