Dual Emmy-award winning, Australian-born, dancer, choreographer, producer and songwriter, Wade Robson, is gliding back to our shores to host and mentor two dance workshops in Melbourne and Sydney in November.

To celebrate Wade's "Step Out of Bounds" workshops, he will be guest of honour at an exclusive VIP dance party in Melbourne.

Dance Party features

• Special screening of Wade's short film ‘Within' - a beautiful dance-based story of a girl experiencing a personal awakening. Wade will provide an insightful introduction to the short film
• Quote from Wade Robson about ‘Within' - "Amanda and I wanted to create a short film that represented a piece of the spiritual journey that we are on. But we wanted to do it in a way that was unconventional and incorporated my dance and music and her words without making a musical. ‘Within' for me is about realizing that peace isn't circumstantial, it is a choice. ‘Within' was a choreographic challenge because I had to find a way to interpret the main characters' thoughts without being too literal. It was the beginning of a whole new phase for me as a choreographer."
• Dance displays by Australian hip hop champions, Beatphonik
• The Movement hip hop crew - Nikki Ashby, the director and founder mixes traditional aboriginal dance, contemporary and hip hop and has been pro since 14years old, she has also used a deaf girl in her crew, communicating to her through movement without knowing any sign language.
• Dance display by Spectrum Dance - Under the direction of Trish Squire and Katie Rappel. Trish is one of Melbourne's leading dance teachers having worked in various industries such as the Logies, ARIA Awards, Nike and Crown Casino
