Publicity Queen Consolidates PR Partnership With Business Leaders

 Jim Collins and Fred Reichheld
 February 2012

One of Australia's leading boutique PR agencies has continued to position itself at the very forefront of corporate thinking and leadership by sponsoring the leading entrepreneurial event of 2012 thusfar.

PRincipal of Publicity Queen, Sally Romano, said today that her company's sponsorship of the National Growth Summit in Sydney in March provided what was in many ways a full-circle moment, as the event will bring to Australia one of her most inspiring thought leaders, Fred Reichheld.

Reichheld is a visionary who has educated an entire generation of business leaders with his best-selling books, "The Loyalty Effect" and "The Ultimate Question", leading to him becoming world-famous as the 'Godfather of Customer Loyalty.'

During his Australian visit, Mr Reichheld will explain the secret to his 'Net Promoter Score' management system, a system that has been adopted by such industry greats as Apple, American Express, GE, Philips - and here in Australia by Qantas and Westpac.  He has described the use of Net Promoter as nothing short of a management revolution with powerful implications for all businesses.

Ms Romano said she was delighted to have the opportunity to learn from Mr Reichheld and the other six business leaders who are participating in the Summit, including Jim Collins, who is presenting since the release of his latest book, "Great By Choice"; his other work includes "Good to Great", "Built to Last" and "How the Mighty Fall".

Also appearing at the two-day conference are Lucy Cornell, an internationally renowned voice coach; Hally Bock, President and CEO of Fierce Inc and perennial favourites Jack Daly and Verne Harnish.

The National Growth Summit is hosted by The Growth Faculty and will be held in Sydney at the Sydney Convention Centre on 14-15 March 2012.
