Publicity Queen Draws Inspiration From New Advisory Board
Building upon its stellar success since 2002, Publicity Queen has assembled a group of key Brisbane corporate identities to form its Advisory Board.
With a broad range specialised skills spanning financial, legal and marketing expertise, and chaired by Publicity Queen’s PRincipal, Sally Romano, other Board members include:
• Mr Steve Lines, General Manager Sales, IPA Personnel - Steve specialises in the development and implementation of key business strategies in both the public and private sectors, having procured millions in sponsorship for the Brisbane Racing Club and a track record working with major brands in the brewing industry including Fourex and Tooheys ;
• Mr Sam Romano, Chief Financial Officer of Queensland Government water recycling and treatment company, Water Secure; and whose early career was originally built in helping growth businesses as a Financial Controller;
• Ms Mandy Stevens, Managing Director of Direct Digital Publications Pty Ltd; Ms Stevens is a lawyer who has worked with Minter Ellison is now Managing Director of one of Australia’s leading and most prolific niche online advertising publishers; and
• Ms Jane Toohey, one of Australia’s best-known marketing consultants, founder of Marketing Angels and with a degree in Computer Science and has previously worked with American IT powerhouse, IBM.
Ms Romano is delighted to have the collective experience and knowledge of her advisors to draw upon, each of whom brings a specialised skill set and contacts to bear in their guidance of what is fast becoming Australia’s favourite boutique PR agency, Publicity Queen.
