THE CHALLENGE

The challenge for Publicity Queen were to make Property Pursuit stand out from all of the other real estate agents in the Brisbane/South East Queensland market and to develop the integrity of their advice and information as a unique point of difference as property market experts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Publicity Queen’s focus was to position Property Pursuit to translate their real position as market leaders in real estate into higher media profile and to develop their spokesperson, Mehigan Hetherington, as the first choice for local media as a real estate expert for interviews and market intelligence. 

OUR RESULTS

In the 12 months after commencing work with Property Pursuit, Publicity Queen have generated strong media coverage, including a full front page feature in the weekend edition of The Courier Mail of 11-12 April 2010 at an estimated value of $143,000.  Through strong contacts and the development of the right story angles, coverage was achieved in newspapers, magazines, online, and in the broadcast media.
